Am I doing everything right with the kittens?

I got 2 7-week-old kittens around 4 days ago. I try to clean out their bed at least once a week by hoovering it and spraying some febreeze. I also clean out the litter from the litter tray daily, and yesterday I hoovered up all the hairs and stuff from the carpet and cleaned around the litter tray. In the mornings I wait for them to get up before cuddling them and setting out fresh food. Am I doing everything O.K? Also they nuzzle into me when I cuddle them and sometimes they (play) fight.
