In gymnastics, what is it called when you do an ariel (no handed kartwheel) on the trampoline?

I just did one of those at gymnastics yesterday and I wanted to tell people about it, but I forgot what it's called! I THINK it starts with a "j" or a "g", but I'm not sure. It was something like a "Grande" or something...
