Would a truly "fair" Fairness Doctrine require that libertarians get equal time to respond to statists?

This is another fake controversy from the Right. Nothing more. I've yet to see ONE credible report of anyone trying to institute a so called fairness doctrine. I've seen a few cherry picked vague quotes that don't even support the claims.
