Is Rachel actually really still alive in The Dark Knight.?

is rachel actually still alive.? cuz im confused......the joker told batman that like...harvey was at one building and rachel was at another- riight.? iforgot the names of the locations so im jus gonna substitute harveys spot as A and rachels as B. kehh.? && so...at the part when-- two face-- makes that lady policegirl dude call the other police guys wife [the one with the two children] or whateverr. she said to go to..location A. && then two face was all like- the place where my family died. so i was wondering if rachel didn't really blow up cuz she was originally in the same building as harvey.? does that make sense.? idntknw buht im jus wondering if thats rite or not...
