Need Help With Some Possible Leather Shoes!!! :(?

Going by the picture you included, they look like they're all cotton canvas to me. I'm not sure where you might be seeing the possibly suede part. You said the outsole...is it the bottom part that you actually walk on? If so, it's most likely some kind of poly-suede (which is just polyester made to look and feel like suede). When a shoe tag says that it's made of "man-made materials", then it is usually as vegan as you will possibly get from a cheap, chain shoe store like Payless or a well-known brand name (Usually, the glue & such is not vegan, but 100% vegan shoes are really expensive in comparison.). If a shoe is made of leather, the tag or imprint will say "upper: leather", or something of that nature.
