Professional Knife Sharpener Globals?

I am purchasing a Global g-2 chef's knife. Apparently, Globals have different blade angles, so not all professionals will sharpen them. I was wondering if there were any professional sharpeners who will accept Globals in northern New Jersey or New York City (New York state too)? If possible, could you include the price to sharpen one knife?
