What are the accommodation arrangements in eastenders?

Can you tell me who shares with whom at Pat's, Charlie's and Peggy's and I ume all have just three bedrooms in their homes. Can you also enlighten me on Billy's accommodation who, at my last count, shares with Jay at Archie's old house but couldnt afford the �1000 rent Roxy was asking -and what happened to his two kids who were coming to live with him before Xmas? Thanks in advance, I'm obviously not paying enough attention.
