What original xbox game was this???? Please answer?!!?

Well, it was a game in which you got through doors which are levels and you fight and try to kill your opponents. LIke the characters were this one blue guy who slept in this chair the whole game til the end. Some green penguin or something named eugene. some girl who looked all wierd named cindy, and more but can't remember more?? Please TELL ME I WANNA GET THAT GAME AGAIN POSSIBLEY!!!!!
