I,m asking about hot water cylinders i have 2 bedroom ground floor flat which have electric cylinder for heat?

the water and it,s leak from some where i want to know that which one is better now to put new in i cant put the gas boiler cause there is only electric no gas and which one will be cheaper to run by bills anybody can help me please.........
