7 month old daughter. not sleeping?

Hello all, nativity (my daughter) wakes up almost every hour at night. Well she doesn't really wake up she will cry untill u put her pacifier in her mouth. She starts crying. So I'm thinking she iis having bad dreams. Is it normal for babies to have bad dreams this early in life. P.s. She still hasn't got any teeth. She has been teething since she was 3 months but nothing. No runny noise, cough,ect. I really think its her having bad dreams and my husband thinks its her teething. I got my first tooth at 6 month old and my husband got is @ 11 months. She doesn't sleep during the day. Only 20 min naps
