How much do front row Bon Jovi tickets cost and are they hard to get?

Anyone have experiance with this? I want 2 tickets for Bon jovi. I would like to be in the first 5 rows if possible. I would LOVE to be in the front row. Right now I could spend $450 a piece on tickets. Is that enough for these good of tickets? I will probably have more money saved up by the time they go on tour next year though. How hard are these really good seats to get? I will try to go to the Philadelphia concert if that helps.
